Q. Are receipts issued?

A. CoinDirect is a payment service, not the recipient of funds. Please confirm with the seller, who is the recipient, regarding the issuance of receipts.

Q. Is the gas fee (blockchain network fee) required? Who pays it?

A. Yes, the gas fee is required. Users (buyers) need to bear a small gas fee when approving the transaction.
